Submission Checklist: It’s Go Time!!

There is just over one week left to enter your submission to the AWS AI Agent Global Hackathon. Submissions are due October 20th at 5pm PT. 

Whether you’re nearly finished with your submission or have been putting it off and are planning to get everything done this week, the deadline is coming soon!! Get some tips from our submission form process, make sure all of your teammates have accepted their invitations to join the project, and use the checklist below to make sure you’re all set by the deadline! 

Submission checklist: 

Run through this list before you sit back from your project:

• ⬜ Are you creating a working AI Agent on AWS (Bedrock or Sagemaker AI) that uses one of the required services (Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, Amazon Bedrock/Nova, Amazon Q, Amazon SageMaker AI, Amazon SDKs for Agents/Nova Act SDK, AWS Transform or Kiro) and that meets the AWS-defined AI Agent qualification?

• ⬜ Are all of your teammates added to your submission form? Remind them to accept the invitation so that they’re listed on the project submission!

• ⬜ Have you created a submission video? Is your video public, coherent and shows your app working? Reminder that any content over three minutes may not be viewed by judges.

• ⬜ Did you provide a link to your public code repository? Does it contain all necessary source code, assets, and instructions required for the project to be functional?

• ⬜ Did you provide an architecture diagram in either the image carousel or file upload so that judges can find it?

• ⬜ Did you provide a URL to your deployed/published project? 

Be sure to read through the Official Rules more than once. Or better yet, have a friend or colleague provide a second pair of eyes to make sure you didn’t miss anything.

Check them all out here and be sure to sign up ahead of time as there is a cap at the first 1,000 registrants. If you miss a session, they will be recorded and posted to the hackathon site.
