Allowable licensing type for the project submission

We intend to submit under a Business Source License 1.1 (non-commercial + delayed open conversion) — is this acceptable under the official rules? Thank you!

  Hi there,

  The rules do not require a license so you are permitted to use whichever license you wish as long as you're submitting a public code repo.
