Claude Sonnet 4 access in Bedrock

My request to access Claude Sonnet 4 in Bedrock fails with this reason:
INVALID_PAYMENT_INSTRUMENT:A valid payment instrument must be provided.
Has anyone been able to use this model? Or are there steps specific for Hackathon participants?
PS: I have checked and my card is already added to payment methods.
