Persistent Issue in Creating AWS Account

Unfortunately i'm facing a persistent issue in creating an AWS account. For some reason i'm not able to get verification code/call on my mobile despite multiple attempts. I have logged a ticket on the AWS service desk as well but no resolution yet. Can someone from the admins connect me with AWS team to resolve this issue?
